We can offer you this small holiday complex with shared pool and garden on Pineda. Parking space for each unit is available on the closed plot. The complex is approx. 1 km away from shops and restaurants. Sun loungers are available around the pool. There is a washing machine per house for common use. Each apartment has Wifi. There are 2 houses, each with 2 self-contained apartments divided into the following types.

Type B upstairs: 2 double bedrooms with french bed. 1 double bedroom with single beds, 1 full bath/WC, 1 fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 living/dining room with TV Sat., air conditioning and a furnished balcony with sea view. There is also a terrace with a stone seating area below the pool.

Type B downstairs: 2 double bedrooms with single bed mattresses, 1 double bedroom with French bed, 1 full bath/WC, air-conditioning. 1 full bath/WC, 1 fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and hatch to the dining area, 1 living/dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning and terrace with stone seating area and brick barbecue.
